At Nariya Mart, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase from our online grocery shop in Alipur, Faridpur, Bangladesh. Our Return Policy outlines the process for returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return items within 30 days of delivery if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Perishable goods (e.g., fruits, vegetables) are non-returnable due to their nature.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us at contact@nariyamart.com or +8801783569120 within 30 days of receipt. Please include your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions, which may include arranging a pickup or drop-off point in Alipur, Faridpur.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged goods).

4. Exceptions

Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery or returns requested after 30 days are not eligible. Contact us immediately if you receive damaged goods, and we’ll address it on a case-by-case basis.
